How to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your data at any time. We offer multiple methods to initiate this process.

Through the App

1. Open ReplyQ and go to Settings
2. Select Delete Account
3. Type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" to confirm
4. Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 48 hours

You can cancel the deletion within 48 hours from the Settings page.

Via Email

Send a request to support@replyq.app from your registered email address. Include your business name and specify whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific data categories.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information
• All business data and settings
• All conversations and messages
• Customer records
• Knowledge base and AI training data
• WhatsApp connections

Data We Must Retain

Certain records are retained as required by law:

• Payment and invoice records (7 years, Singapore tax law)
• Transaction records (5 years, audit requirements)
• Data required for ongoing legal proceedings

Timeline

• Account data: Deleted within 48 hours of confirmation
• Conversations and messages: Deleted with account
• Encrypted backups: Purged within 90 days
• Active subscriptions: Cancelled immediately
